General Repair Requests
Please submit all repair requests via the Tenant Portal. Do not call, text, or email directly.
Track progress, add comments, and contact vendors through the portal.
Most requests are processed the same day and completed within 24–48 hours.

Lockouts
Tenants are responsible for locksmith fees in case of lockouts.
Stone Valley Property Management is not responsible.
Plumbing Issues
Tenants may be charged for repairs caused by negligence (clogs, non-functioning disposals, etc.).
Common causes: flushable wipes, paper towels, toys, hair, or inappropriate items in disposal/drain.
If damage is not caused by tenant, repairs will be covered by the owner.
