General Repair Requests

Please submit all repair requests via the Tenant Portal. Do not call, text, or email directly.

  • Track progress, add comments, and contact vendors through the portal.

  • Most requests are processed the same day and completed within 24–48 hours.

Rent & Accounting

Lockouts

  • Tenants are responsible for locksmith fees in case of lockouts.

  • Stone Valley Property Management is not responsible.


Plumbing Issues

  • Tenants may be charged for repairs caused by negligence (clogs, non-functioning disposals, etc.).

  • Common causes: flushable wipes, paper towels, toys, hair, or inappropriate items in disposal/drain.

  • If damage is not caused by tenant, repairs will be covered by the owner.
