Rent Collection & Owner Payments
Stone Valley offers residents multiple convenient rent payment options — including personal or cashier’s checks, money orders, direct bank deposits, and secure online payments with automated withdrawals.
Once rent is received, our accounting team allocates funds for any approved vendor work and transfers the remaining balance to property owners via electronic funds transfer. Owners also receive a confirmation email and detailed monthly statement for full transparency.
In the rare event of payment issues, we handle the legal collection process on your behalf and stay in close communication until the matter is resolved and all funds are recovered.
