- Application and Screening – Verify income, job history, credit history and criminal background
- Leasing Agreement: - Sign a comprehensive lease with the tenant
- Property Maintenance: - Sign a comprehensive lease with the tenant
- Inspections: -Semi Annual inspections to keep owners updated on condition of property.
